Before committing, please make sure to read the Terms of Service.

By continuing with the commission, you therefore agree to the following terms.

I reserve the rights to use/display your commission on a portfolio or on social media, but the commission can be kept private if you let me know ahead of time.

I will always credit who the commission is for , unless you would like to remain anonymous!

If the commission is involved with a project that requires I wait to share the media, please provide that information in your initial correspondence.

If you would like to acquire me for a project, please let me know upfront and we will separately discuss details.

I reserve the right to decline any commission I’m not comfortable working on, for any reason.

Commissions are for personal use.

As the client you may post and use the finished commission but please credit me properly.

Commercial use is NOT permitted unless discussed beforehand, with the exception of V-Tuber models and stream assets, where the fee is already included. The commercial fee is +100% of the base price.

You are NOT permitted to sell my work on merchandise (such as prints or stickers) or resell my work (ex: selling a character/3D model, etc.) unless discussed beforehand and approved.

You may NOT claim my work as your own, trace, recolor/redraw, or redistribute my work for profit. You may edit the art when it comes to design/detail updates and preferences.

You may NOT use or repost someone else’s commission piece without my and the buyer’s permission. If you receive permission, you must use/post with credit.

My art will NOT be used to train AI or make NFTs.

I do NOT do refunds if the commission was agreed upon, please keep this in mind.

A refund can only be asked for in the instance I reached beyond the deadline with no verbal updates.

The sketching process can take from a day to up to two weeks, and while I usually finish commissions quickly, please give me up to 2-4 months to complete yours after the sketch has been approved. If I take longer than that with no updates, a refund can be given depending on how much of the artwork was done.

I will refund the full amount if I hadn’t already started, and will deduct the cost of art done if you should request a refund at any point past that.

If the client has stopped responding beyond 3 weeks upon update, it will be considered completed unless decided otherwise, and there will be no refunds.

Payment is in USD

I will only accept upfront payments through PayPal invoices, though VGen, or through Ko-Fi - do NOT send me money independently - after receiving payment, I will start on your commission.

The full amount should be sent before I start the sketch.

The complexity of the design and overall drawing may come to an extra cost.

If I change the price of a commission listing, it will not change the price of current WIPs

TAT is roughly 2-4 months

I will send updates throughout the commission process for revisions. I can provide changes here and there

Major revisions may come to an extra cost, so please make sure to be as concise as possible.

Feel free to ask for WIPs, just don’t do it daily.

You’re always welcome to ask for updates if I haven't responded in a few days though.
