Thank you for considering me for your commission!
Before committing, please make sure to read the Terms of Service.
By continuing with the commission, you therefore agree to the following terms.

✨Usage as the Creator✨

  • I may display your commission in my portfolio or on social media unless you request it remain private upfront.

  • I will credit the client unless you prefer to stay anonymous.

  • If the commission is part of a project with sharing restrictions, please inform me during the initial discussion.

  • If you want me for a project beyond a standard commission, we’ll discuss details separately.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

✨Usage as the Client✨

  • Commissions are for personal use unless commercial use is approved.

  • You may post your commission, but always credit me.

  • Commercial use requires prior approval:

  • V-Tuber models and streaming assets include commercial fees.

  • Other commercial projects = +100% of base price.

  • Not allowed:

  • Selling or reselling my work without permission

  • Claiming my work as your own

  • Tracing, recoloring, or redistributing for profit

  • Using my art for AI training or NFTs

  • Reposting other clients’ commissions without permission

  • Minor edits to design or details are allowed

✨ Personal Use ✨

  • Profile pictures, banners, thumbnails, etc. | non-monetized content

✨Commercial Use✨

  • Streaming Assets: V-Tubers, overlays, emotes, etc. | monetized content

✨Refund Policy✨

  • Refunds are generally not provided once a commission is agreed upon.

  • Refunds may be considered if:

  • I exceed the agreed deadline without updates

  • You request cancellation before work begins (full refund)

  • Sketching may take 1 day to 2 weeks, and full commissions 2-4 months after sketch approval.

  • If you stop responding for 3+ weeks, the commission will be considered complete with no refund, unless agreed otherwise.

✨Payment✨

  • Payments are in USD.

  • Upfront payment only via PayPal invoice or VGen. Do not send money independently.

  • Full payment is required before sketching begins.

  • Complex designs may incur additional costs.

  • Price changes affect future commissions only, not current WIPs.

✨Turn Around Time✨

  • Standard TAT: 2-4 months

  • Updates will be sent during the process for revisions.

  • Minor revisions are included; major revisions may incur additional costs.

  • WIPs can be requested, but daily requests are discouraged.

  • You may ask for updates if I haven’t responded in a few days.

  • Note:

  • I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree, so there may be times when I cannot strictly adhere to the stated timeframe. I will always communicate any delays and keep you updated as best as I can.
